QUICK ANSWERS
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
What is an EMOM workout?
EMOM means every minute on the minute: you start a set task at the top of each minute and rest for whatever time is left in it.
What is a Tabata timer?
A Tabata timer alternates short work and rest periods, classically 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. This tool lets you change the rounds and times.
