TRAINING GUIDES

A growing reference library for running, HYROX, CrossFit and the NASM coaching pathway. Guides distinguish official requirements from general training information, link to primary sources, and pair key ideas with practical tools.

HOW TO SPLIT THE BOOK

  1. 1

Start from the official exam content outline

Every certifying body publishes the domains the exam covers and how much each is worth. Plan from that list, not from the order of the book.

  2. 2

    Choose the exam date first

Work backwards from a real date. A date turns a vague plan into weekly hours.

  3. 3

Split the learning time by exam weight

Give each domain study time in proportion to its weight. Keep about a quarter of your time for practice questions and mock exams.

  4. 4

    Read in passes

First pass: read for the big picture. Second pass: take notes and make flashcards. Third pass: practice questions on the weak spots.

  5. 5

    Finish with mock exams

In the last weeks, sit full-length practice exams under time pressure, then fix the gaps they show.

STUDY PLAN SPLITTER

Type in the domains and weights from the official outline and the splitter turns your weeks and weekly hours into hours per domain. Nothing is stored.

Exam domains and weights (copy them from the official outline)

72 hours in total: 54 to learn, 18 for practice questions and mock exams.
