What is hreflang and why does it matter?
hreflang is an HTML attribute that tells Google which version of your page is intended for which language and country. Without it, Google may show the wrong language version to the wrong audience — or treat your translated pages as duplicate content. Implementing it correctly is one of the most technically unforgiving tasks in SEO.
Should I use a ccTLD (.sa, .ae, .eg) or a subdirectory (/ar/, /en/)?
It depends on your domain authority, budget, and long-term strategy. ccTLDs send the strongest geo-signal but require separate authority-building per domain. Subdirectories on a strong root domain are usually more practical and consolidate your link equity. I give a specific recommendation after reviewing your situation.
Do you handle Arabic SEO specifically?
